When will my order ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For pre-order items, including limited edition vinyl or tour posters, please refer to the specific shipping date listed on the product page.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that music media, including CDs and vinyl, cannot be returned once the shrink wrap is removed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to fans worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
Are the tour posters limited edition?
Yes, our tour posters are typically limited edition runs. They are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are often individually numbered. Once they are sold out, they are generally not restocked.
