The Dave Matthews Band Official Shop wants you to be satisfied with your purchase, offering returns or exchanges on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition items, music media, and personalized goods may be final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

  Package and Ship

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
